Customer Engagement Manager

Nottingham | Hybrid

the role

As the Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers, leveraging market data and business knowledge to support and drive new sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of sales strategies by identifying high-potential leads and assisting in outreach campaigns, working closely with the Customer Success Manager (Public Sector leads) and Solutions Director (Private Sector leads)
  • Track and report on lead conversion rates, market responsiveness, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare and present reports on market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to support sales strategy development
  • Proactively identify potential growth areas within existing client accounts and prospects by leveraging market insights
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support and drive growth through customer engagement on accounts and with prospects
  • Develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Drive growth across existing customers as required to enhance the value delivered and business growth.

skills, knowledge & experience

  • Previous experience within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Pragmatic and focused sales approach
