how it works
As a Neutral Vendor Managed Service Provider, we act as the conduit between buying organisations and prequalified service providers and suppliers, providing a fast and compliant route to procure services, goods and works from a wide range of category areas.
Constellia acts as a thin prime contractor. Contracting Authorities contract directly with Constellia. Constellia in turn contracts on back to back terms with the appropriate subcontracted supplier selected from its dynamic marketplace.
As a Managed Service Provider, Constellia supports all elements of the procurement process, including supplier onboarding and engagement, Statement of Requirement (SoR) refinement, RFP, the tender process, negotiation, contract award, Statement of Works (SoW) creation, contract and performance management, milestone-based invoicing and payment.
