Due to a large volume in projects, we have a new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the organisation.
We are looking for an organised, proactive self-starter who is happy to pick up the phone supporting the senior sales team. The role requires an excellent communicator who has experience with CRM systems, lead generation, strong administrator skills, helping set up meetings.
You must be super organised, a multitasker that can manage a series of tasks, pipeline management and research experience would be great.
Based in the Nottingham office, the role could accommodate full time or part time hours.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Procurement, you will be providing direct support to our clients with their sourcing requirements, managing the end-to-end procurement process using our purpose-built source to-pay platform.
We are looking for a commercially minded, customer focused, ambitious procurement professional who can act as an extension of our clients’ procurement function, enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking for more than “just another Procurement job”. You will be able to run quick competitive processes, act as dedicated client point of contact and work with internal colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Provide support to our clients with their procurement sourcing requirements.
· Managing the end-to-end procurement process
· Researching and identifying service providers that will be able to deliver excellent service to our clients.
· Be a key contact to our clients and service providers, on site if required.
· Train and support key client stakeholders in developing fit for purpose Statements of Work and ensuring successful project delivery.
· Conducting spend analysis and present MI to clients as part of a service review process.
Experience required
· Graduate qualification and /or CIPS
· 2 + years plus procurement experience ideally some of which will be professional services.
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to multitask.
· Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
· Ability to demonstrate how you prioritise and manage your workload effectively.

Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for owning our relationships with major public sector clients – providing direct support with their sourcing requirements. Experts in professional services procurement, we now support sourcing all types of indirect spend.
We operate as a Managed Service Provider bringing clients a full procurement solution. In the public sector this is via the Neutral Vendor Frameworks we run enabling us to offer truly exceptional service standards.
