Job Purpose
You will provide direct support to our clients with their sourcing requirements; through identification of suitable suppliers for their needs, developing supplier relationships, defining Constellia’s approach to the delivery of social value; identifying new suppliers to be onboarded onto Constellia’s marketplace and ensuring supplier performance and delivery is managed effectively. Leading a team of SRM specialists including administration of supplier contracts and relationships, onboarding and approach to social value and wider ESG, as well as developing relationships with suppliers to grow Constellia’s pipeline of sourcing projects and having suppliers drive revenue through Constellia as their preferred marketplace with their own clients.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate and inspire a team of SRM specialists providing support and guidance on supplier related matters as required using a coaching and mentoring approach
• Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team and individuals
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
• Develop a KPI dashboard and monitor team performance
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment
Supplier Relationship Management:
• Targeted growth of Constellia’s marketplace to include supplier alignment to categories of spend we procure on behalf of our clients and relevant geographies.
· Proactive relationship management of key suppliers who are likely to be Constellia advocates or use Constellia ‘s NVMSP frameworks as a preferred route to market.
· Commercialisation of Constellia’s supplier marketplace- introduction of value add products and services and driving a revenue stream from suppliers with clients where Constellia becomes a preferred “route to market.”
· Key point of contact for all suppliers.
· Accountability for supplier onboarding – ensuring they fully understand Constellia operational model.
· Support procurement operations in pre-market supplier engagement and supplier shortlisting – advising clients in meeting their sourcing needs and requirements effectively through supplier shortlisting.
· Supplier contract management on relevant SoWs.
· Design and implement Constellia’s approach to Social Value and ESG – including identifying and developing relationships with third parties (eg Spread a Smile, WhatImpact).
· Stakeholder in supplier and onboarding side of Constellia’s new tech.
· Building Constellia’s SRM credentials and capacity – building the team and ensuring all key relationships are managed (large supplier and SMEs) as Constellia continues to scale.
· Support Operations, Finance and Clients with supplier queries and issue resolution.
· Develop a feedback/performance management process for suppliers.
· Stay upto date with SRM and ESG/Social Value approaches.
· Develop Constellia’s approach to supplier risk management.
· Attend monthly management meetings and deliver presentations on key performance indicators (KPIs) on supplier performance, marketplace development and ESG.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
· Degree qualified (or equivalent) and /or CIPS Level 4 (minimum).
· Minimum 5 years procurement or supplier relationship management experience some of which will be gained in professional services Experience either in SRM or selling services to consultancy/professional services organisations.
· Great interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
· Ability to multitask, working at pace whilst maintaining focus on detail
· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
· Commercially minded.
Desirable
· Previously managed a high performing team of procurement or SRM professionals (2-5 years).
· Customer facing, stakeholder management experience.
• Experience of using P2P/Procurement Software.
• Experienced in the use of Power BI or similar.
• Experience and / or knowledge of Public Sector procurement.

Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our Procurement Team, supporting professional services consultancy, accountancy, and other procurement activity in the public and private sectors through our innovative MSP Neutral Vendor Service.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Procurement, you will be providing direct support to our clients with their sourcing requirements, managing the end-to-end procurement process using our purpose-built source-to-pay platform.
We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of their work, with a passion to learn and develop as our business grows. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and is comfortable talking directly to our clients and suppliers.
