How do suppliers register?
Onboarding as a Constellia supplier is a simple process where we gather key information on your company including:
- Company details
- Mandatory & Discretionary exclusions
- Company Policies
- Service Categories
- Bank Details
You will also be sent our Supplier Agreement via DocuSign. This agreement effectively allows Suppliers to enter a contract with Constellia and forms the overarching terms and conditions that will apply for any successful engagement. For individual projects, service providers will receive a statement of work (template provided within the agreement) where project specific clauses can be amended and/or included. If you have any questions about the onboarding process, you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org

What are the benefits to clients?
Our Neutral Vendor MSP offers our public sector clients full control over their category specific spend. One of the key benefits is access to our best-in-class, dynamic marketplace of suppliers. We look for suppliers who can meet our clients specific requirements – whilst providing consistency in approach and guaranteed compliance across both direct awards and quick restricted mini-competitions. Constellia acts as an extension of our clients procurement team, increasing capacity on demand, helping to deliver their social value agenda, and mitigating risk through this tried and tested model.
