How do suppliers register?
Onboarding as a Constellia supplier is a simple process where we gather key information on your company including:
- Company Details
- Mandatory and Discretionary Exclusions
- Insurances
- Company Policies
- Service Categories
- Bank Details
You will also be sent our Supplier Agreement via DocuSign. This agreement effectively allows Suppliers to enter a contract with Constellia and forms the overarching terms and conditions that will apply for any successful engagement. For individual projects, service providers will receive a statement of work (template provided within the agreement) where project-specific clauses can be amended and/or included. If you have any questions about the onboarding process, you can contact us at serviceproviders@constellia.com

What are the fees for Suppliers?
Our fee level varies depending on which framework the client is using, the value of the project, and the support level that is required from Constellia (a pre-defined tier system). Typically, the fee is between 1.5% to 4.5% and Suppliers are informed of the fee level prior to each procurement.
What are the benefits to clients?
Our Neutral Vendor MSP offers our public sector clients full control over their category specific spend. One of the key benefits is access to our best-in-class, dynamic marketplace of suppliers. We look for suppliers who can meet our client’s specific requirements – whilst providing consistency in approach and guaranteed compliance across both direct awards and quick restricted mini-competitions. Constellia acts as an extension of our client’s procurement team, increasing capacity on demand, helping to deliver their social value agenda, and mitigating risk through this tried and tested model.
Which clients are Constellia working with?
Constellia are working with over 60 organisations across the public and private sector. Our public sector clients include Central Government departments, NHS Trusts, Local Government, Higher Education, Blue Light and Housing. In the private sector, we work with global businesses from all industries including banking and Financial Services, FMCG, Technology and Communication.
What is accreditation?
Once onboarded, Suppliers are invited to further enhance their profile through verified case studies to become Constellia Accredited. This enhancement enables us to better understand your areas of expertise, matching you with relevant projects as they arise. Accreditation also provides you with our Accreditation Seal to use on your own marketing materials, showing prospective clients that you are already registered on our best-in-class platform.
