Led by Alan and Rob, Constellia’s foundations are built on over 20 years of know-how in supporting procurement activity across the private and public sectors.

Rob Levene, CEO
Rob founded and led Bloom Procurement Services – the UK’s first, public sector focused, neutral vendor solution provider for professional services in the UK until 2018. In that time, he oversaw the procurement and management of over £400 million of professional services spend, delivered by a dynamic and diverse marketplace of service providers on behalf of over 300 buying organisations. Previously he worked in the management consultancy sector, his last position being part of the leadership team of Glue Reply Ltd – an IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture boutique. Rob joined Constellia as CEO in 2020 to develop an evolved MSP model for the public sector and CPC private sector member base.

Alan Gotto, Founder & CPO
Alan originally trained as a solicitor at Trowers & Hamlins, before becoming a strategy consultant with Adventis and then applying his supply market experience by becoming a leading expert consultancy and accountancy services procurement. During his 15 years in Procurement he has been responsible for global professional services at multiple blue chips, including Deutsche Bank, Aviva, Worldpay and Hastings Direct.
He founded Constellia to provide major clients with the resource they require to manage their consultancy spend effectively, including buying toolkits, benchmark rate data and a procurement peer group, the Consultancy Procurement Council, for sharing best practices.
He speaks regularly on the subject of the strategic sourcing of consultancy for organisations including CIPS and the Managing Partners Forum, and trains professional service firms on how to engage effectively with Procurement.
