Transport for London had previously tried to run a mini competition for grant funding auditors through other nationally available frameworks, but failed due to lack of engagement from the market. TfL were a participant in the Consultancy Procurement Council, operated by Constellia, and wanted to pilot our Neutral Vendor MSP.

The successful service provider was Lees, a leading provider of grant audit and assurance services, an experienced SME who TfL weren’t previously aware of and couldn’t have accessed through traditional framework models.
