Constellia Appoints Peter O’Driscoll as Chief Commercial Officer

Constellia has announced the appointment of Peter O’Driscoll as Chief Commercial Officer, strengthening and completing its executive leadership team as the organisation enters its next phase of growth.
Peter joins Constellia with extensive experience building out marketplace businesses in regulated procurement-driven environments. His leadership is shaped by a strong focus on product, scaling platforms by better serving customers, and ensuring the consumer remains at the heart of decision-making.
Peter spent over 16 years at RingGo, joining the business at an early stage and playing a pivotal role in its transformation into the UK’s leading mobility and parking SaaS platform. During this time, he helped scale the business to support more than 21 million users across over 520 towns and cities, achieving over 60% UK market share. He also led the organisation through multiple acquisitions such as BMW, Daimler and EasyPark Group.
Prior to RingGo, Peter held senior roles across leasing and travel sectors, including leading commercial transformation at National Car Parks (NCP). Working within private-equity ownership, he focused on modernising digital and operational infrastructure, building recurring revenue models and developing strategic partnerships across B2B and enterprise markets.
Peter has extensive experience working with central government, including leading long-term engagement with the Department for Transport to modernise procurement models and move markets towards open, platform-led approaches that increase choice and improve consumer outcomes.
This appointment coincides with Kieran Sullivan’s transition to Chief Executive Officer, marking the next phase of Constellia’s leadership evolution. In addition, Rob Levene and Alan Gotto have now moved into Chairman roles within Constellia Group Ltd, overseeing Constellia Public and Constellia Private respectively.

Kieran Sullivan, CEO of Constellia, said: “Peter brings an incredible track record of scaling businesses through innovation and community-focused growth. He understands what it takes to build a sustainable business that consistently delivers great customer experiences, making him a natural fit for Constellia as we continue to evolve.”
Peter O’Driscoll, CCO of Constellia, commented: “Constellia has established itself as a pioneer in the neutral vendor space. I am thrilled to join at such a pivotal moment to help accelerate our growth. My focus will be on further evolving our marketplace into a truly platform-led ecosystem—one that simplifies complex procurement, creates seamless experiences for our clients, and delivers unparalleled value across both the public and private sectors bridging the connection between customers and suppliers ensuring that the agility and value we provide to public bodies is equally accessible to enterprise markets.
What drew me to Constellia is its unwavering commitment to putting the customer at the heart of the procurement process. Having spent years scaling digital marketplaces, I see a huge opportunity to further enhance our technology and service offerings. I look forward to working with Kieran and the team to build on our strong foundations and ensure Constellia remains the partner of choice for organisations seeking transparency and efficiency.”
