The Sunday Times names Constellia among the UK’s 100 fastest-growing private companies – for a third consecutive year
The Sunday Times 100, published today (Friday 5 June 2026), recognises the UK’s fastest-growing private companies. Constellia has been placed 22nd on this year’s list — a third consecutive appearance and a reflection of the trust the Constellia community continues to place in the business and the team behind it.
This past year has been one of the most significant in Constellia’s history. The business completed its transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), placing majority ownership in the hands of its people. New appointments to the leadership team, and the award of the NEPRO Innovation contract awarded under the Procurement Act 2023, have strengthened the business further.

Rob Levene, CEO of Constellia, commented: “Three years in a row is something the whole team should take real pride in. Procurement teams across the public sector are working harder than ever with less resource, and our job is to make that easier. The NEPRO Innovation framework is a good example of this in practice — a PA2023 compliant route to market for multidisciplinary projects, built around how public sector organisations actually need to work today.
Our continued growth also reflects the success of the Ministry of Defence’s NVfI framework, which we facilitate to support the rapid procurement of novel, innovative technology.
Becoming employee-owned was also the right decision for us. The people who deliver for our clients every day now have a genuine stake in doing that well. We are grateful to every client, supplier and partner who has been part of this.”
